Returning to normal life after an experience can be uncomfortable. We can feel out of sorts and disconnected from reality or flying so high the idea of coming back down to Earth seems unimaginable.

Creating space for integration helps us form lasting change and learnings… think of it as keeping the spotlight on the hidden treasures we’ve unlocked rather than bleeding the jewels dry in one go. Through the integration process, we acknowledge what has been shown to us and make the necessary adjustments (with patience and compassion for ourselves) to embody our learnings.
